Directions: Heat wrap can be left in the freezer long-term (in a sealed bag) or just chilled for at least 20 minutes to achieve a longer lasting chill. To heat, place heat wrap in microwave for 1-2 minutes, making sure to test temperature to the touch before applying to body.
